Hello!  My name is Tasha Bell.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University in 2002.  After graduation, I worked for Child Protective Services for three years, and I decided to obtain my teacher certification through McLennan Community College.  I have 14 years of experience teaching mathematics at both the Junior High and High School levels.  I was also a Math Coordinator for Itasca ISD for three years.  During my time as a Math Coordinator, I recieved my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction of Mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington.  I love being a teacher, and I spend a great deal of my time planning lessons that will engage my students.

My husband John and I have two children, Laney and Blane.  Laney will begin 10th grade this year, and Blane will be in third grade.

I am really looking forward to a GREAT year!
