In the event that a check written to any Grandview ISD campus is returned unpaid by the bank, Grandview ISD will contact the individual by certified letter.  There will be a $30 returned check processing fee charged.  If you fail to make payment in full within 10 days after the date of receipt of the certified letter, the failure to pay creates a presumption for committing an offense, and this matter may be referred for criminal prosecution.
