British politician (1874 - 1965)
     Winston Churchill  was a prime minister of England, who was prime minister during World War Two. He led them through the harsh war and won. He was born a politician and was Lord Randolf Churchill, they lived at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, and attended a military academy. he finally got to see action in 1897 with the malakand felled force.

 

After being educated at Harrow he went to the Royal Military College at Sandhurst. Churchill joined the Forth Hussars in1895 and saw action on the Indian north-west frontier and in the Sudan where he took part in the Battle of Omdurman in 1898.
